The Happo Suite is a spacious 3-bedroom, 8-bed unit located directly on the Sakka slopes of Hakuba’s iconic Happo One ski resort—offering true ski-in/ski-out convenience. Simply step outside and glide down to the Kita One Quad or Sakka Triple lift, and ski straight back to your door at day’s end.
Two twin bedrooms feature two single beds each, while the third bedroom includes two bunk beds, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. The open-plan living and dining area provides ample space to relax after a big day on the mountain.
Located on the ground floor with no stairs to climb, this warm and inviting unit is ideal for families or groups of friends. The fully equipped modern kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, or you can explore the vibrant dining scene just minutes away.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Bookings:
Cancellations 46 days or more before check-in: 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations 45 days or less before check-in: 100% cancellation fee.
Discounted Bookings: Non-refundable.
Payment Policy
Full payment will be charged to your registered credit card once the reservation is confirmed.
