Alpine Condos Premier Sakka Suite is a Ski in / Ski out unit located slope-side in the Sakka area of Happo One Ski Resort. From the front door you can ski down to the Kita One Quad, or Sakka Triple lift. And at the end of the day, you ski right back to the front door.

4 twin bedrooms sleep a maximum of 8 guests in comfort, while the huge open plan living / dining / bar area allows for plenty of space for all guests.

Newly renovated full size kitchen allows for meal preparation, or you can head out to some of the many bars and restaurants in the area.

Located on the upper floor, the large bay windows offer great views over the slopes, and are a great place to relax after a day on the slopes.

  • Free car parking (up to 2 vehicles available). Reservation is needed.Frequent shuttles to most major resorts (I, Hakuba Goryu (Escal Plaza & Iimori), Hakuba 47, Tsugaike) leave from Koharu Resort Hotel & Suites, 100m away from the condos.
  • Frequent shuttles to Hakuba Goryu Iimori & Hakuba 47 leave from Koharu Resort Hotel & Suites, 100m away from the condos.
  • Garbage collection 3 times a week.

Room Rates

Rates are per unit per night in Japanese Yen. All taxes are included.
Early Bird – 10% discount for reservation booked 90 days before check in.

MINIMUM STAY
5 nights between 15 Dec 2023 – 15 Feb 2024
3 nights between 16 Feb – 31 Mar 2024

CANCELLATION POLICY
Standard Bookings – Cancellation applied 46 days or more before check in is 25%.
– Cancellation applied 45 days or less before check in is 100%.
Discount Bookings – It is non-refundable.
