Alpine Chalets Hakuba operates a self-check-in system. We will send you the self-check-in information after receiving your passport and other necessary details. You will receive an email to submit this information approximately 2 weeks before check-in.

You can check in after 15:00.
Q. セルフチェックインとは？
The self-check-in information will be sent to you only after you submit your passport and other necessary details in advance. You will receive a message regarding with the self-check-in about 2 weeks before check-in. Please keep an eye on your email or messages on the booking website you used. You will receive an email to submit this information approximately 2 weeks before check-in.
Q. 敷地内に駐車場はありますか？
アルパインシャレー、ヴィラ、コンドーは敷地内に無料駐車場を完備しています。冬の期間は除雪作業がありますので、スタッフの指示のあった場所に停めてください。
Q. チェックイン手続きに必要なものは何ですか？
For all non-residents of Japan, we are required by law to obtain a copy of your passport. Please upload the photo page of your passport to the check-in system in advance. You can access the check-in system from the email we will send you approximately 2 weeks before your check-in date.
We will also need a credit card on file to guarantee the stay in case of any damage to the unit.

申し訳ありませんが、すべてのコンドミニアムは全室禁煙です。喫煙を希望されるお客様は、外でお願いします。
Q. 白馬への行き方を教えてください。
From Tokyo: Limited Express AZUSA#5 from Shinjuku to Hakuba takes 3 huors and 43 minutes.
From Nagoya: You can take a Limited Express Shinano to Matsumoto. There are local trains from Matsumoto to Hakuba.
Q. どんなアメニティーが用意されていますか？
お客様の好みがそれぞれ異なるため、あまり多くのアメニティーの用意はありません。
最初の1,2泊分ほどのトイレットペーパーとキッチン洗剤、リネン、タオルが用意されています。
シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープなどは、別売りで用意があります。

You can purchase lift pass online at website of each ski resort.
Q. スキー用具をレンタルしたいのですが、アレンジしてもらえますか？

Q. スキー / スノーボードのレッスンを予約したいのですが手伝ってもらえますか？
白馬で大手のスキースクールを紹介いたします。受付オペレーターは、スキーやスノーボードのレベルや能力、年齢など個々の具体的な詳細をいろいろ質問しますので、直接電話を代わってお話し頂き一緒に手配を進めさせていただきます。
